Product Development Plant:
The factory has a 1600 square meter work floor area. It is divided into 2 floors. Each floor has 800 square meters. Staff consists 60 mold makers, 10 model makers, 10 engineers, 4 sewing pattern makers, 10 CNC programmers and 10 logistics.

Mass Production Plant:
The factory has a 7000 square meter work floor area. It is divided into 2 sections - Plastics section and Sewing sections to provide differenent combination of products. The plant has 800 operators.

On product development plant:
In order to simplify the operation process, we have a Mold Making Department, Model Making Department, Engineering Department, Soft Toy Engineering / Samples Department, Engraving Department, CNC Department, Mold Testing Department and Personnel Department.

On mass production plant:
We aim to simplify the structure. The mass production plant is divided by two section operations - Plastic and Sewing sections. Each section consist of Production Department, PMC Department, Warehouse Department, QC Department. The HR and Maintenance are centralize control.
